We kindly request that homes are prepared for cleaning, e.g. each room is accessible. If a property is not ready for cleaning, we may not proceed with the service and a fee may apply to cover the time spent arriving and assessing the property.
Yes, properties should be in a habitable condition, de-cluttered, and free from excessive rubbish. If additional de-cluttering help is needed, we can assist, though this may reduce the time available for cleaning. We do not operate a property clearing service.
You can leave a key, provide a lockbox code, or ensure someone is present at the property during the appointment.
An extra room includes any hallway containing furniture, bedrooms, utility rooms, dining rooms, or conservatories.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge.
