CleanSlate Kendal – Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Introduction Welcome to CleanSlate Kendal. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all cleaning services provided by CleanSlate Kendal, including Essential Clean and Deep Clean packages.
   2. Services Provided CleanSlate Kendal offers: Essential Clean: Regular cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and kitchens. Deep Clean: A comprehensive service covering all aspects of an Essential Clean with additional attention to detail, including skirting boards, behind furniture, and inside appliances.
   3. Booking and Payment All bookings must be confirmed via email or phone. Payment is due upon booking. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or card payments.
   4. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be arranged as early as possible.
   5. Access to Property The client must ensure access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a missed appointment fee. Clients are responsible for securing any pets and valuables during the cleaning service.
   6. Satisfaction Guarantee CleanSlate Kendal strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.
   7. Liability CleanSlate Kendal holds public liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or conditions. Any damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours for investigation.
   8. Health and Safety Our staff adhere to health and safety regulations. Clients must inform CleanSlate Kendal of any potential hazards within the property.
   9. Privacy Policy All client information is confidential and handled in accordance with data protection laws.
   10. Amendments CleanSlate Kendal reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be provided to clients upon request.
